Explore the Flow

This program is specifically designed for graduates and young professionals to learn all about our company, culture, sector and how we achieve great things by working together in an international fast-paced environment. Every year, we recruit a limited amount of young professionals to enter the program – possibly you could be one of them.

What if you join us?

As you explore the flow, you will step into a program with different (3) rotations. You will start in the Port of Antwerp at our international HQ. Afterwards you will flow towards other departments such as finance, customer service, operations & supply chain, legal or business development – going abroad for a project could be included. You will take on an operational role where you will have visibility and exposure to all possible stakeholders in and outside the company – meetings with and presentations for senior management are no exception to the rule.

So… what happens after you’ve been with us for two years?

Well, you will have learned so much about our sector, business, company, culture…. and about yourself… that you will be able to clearly define what you want to do next. Could be that you will be working on projects in our international operations or that you take on an interesting role in Belgium…
