Celebrating Our Future Leaders

In May, we kicked off our fifth leadership journey with a cohort of future leaders, spread across four sessions in different countries. Each part of the program focused on building leadership capabilities in a collaborative and international setting.

The final session brought together learning and connection: we combined beach games with impactful sessions on Change Management and Strategy. But the true highlight was the Personal Leadership Projects. 

Each group worked on a strategic challenge inspired by our wellbeing survey, developing actionable solutions that will be implemented in our organization. These projects were supported by our ExCom, Managing Directors, and Subject Matter Experts, ensuring both depth and relevance.

We’re proud of the creativity of the work delivered, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact these projects will have across our teams.
